  • Plan upgrades or downgrades may affect your available features and usage limits. Refunds will not be issued for unused time unless required by law.

  • We may limit access to certain features at our discretion, including but not limited to AI tools, automation credits, or integrations.

4. Fair Use Policy

To ensure the reliability and stability of the platform for all users:

  • You must not abuse AI or automation tools with excessive, repeated, or automated requests outside normal business use.

  • We may suspend or throttle usage for accounts that cause system strain, generate excessive API calls, or attempt to reverse-engineer platform features.

  • Fair use thresholds are defined at our sole discretion and may change based on system demand, abuse trends, or usage anomalies.

5. Cancellation, Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Breach of these Terms

    • Misuse of the Service

    • Suspicious activity or fraud

    • Any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be abusive, harmful, illegal, or detrimental to other users or the platform

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

  • Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease immediately, and we may delete your data after a grace period. You are not entitled to refunds for time remaining in a billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, logos, designs, and data provided by BrokerBuddie.ai are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service

  • Use the platform for the purpose of building a competing product or service

  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices

User-submitted content (e.g., input prompts, uploaded files, feedback) remains your intellectual property. However, you grant us a limited license to process and use that content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI Usage & Generated Content

  • The Service uses third-party APIs such as OpenAI, Google, and other LLMs to generate content. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outputs generated by AI models.

  • Generated content is for informational or creative purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or compliance advice.

  • You agree not to input personal, confidential, or sensitive information unless necessary for legitimate business use.

8. Third-Party Services & Integrations

BrokerBuddie.ai may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

  • Zoho Mail, Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter)

  • CRM tools, payment gateways, SMS/email providers

You are solely responsible for your compliance with third-party terms. We make no guarantees about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of third-party APIs or platforms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

  • NON-INFRINGEMENT

  • AVAILABILITY OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION

  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF OUTPUTS

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business

  • Downtime or platform errors

  • AI inaccuracies

  • Unauthorized access or use

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the last 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrokerBuddie.ai, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service

  • Misuse of AI-generated content
